David Shoucair is a 1979 graduate of Southern California Institute of Architecture, better know as SCI-Arc, with a bachelors in architecture. He also holds a General Contractor’s License from the state of California and is a Certified Kitchen Designer. He has been practicing architectural design since 1979 and construction since 1988 and holds a California Real Estate license. He also has a Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC.
