A contemporary adobe 2 bedroom 3 bath single story house in Bermuda Dunes on the West side of Hwy 111 across from La Quinta overlooking the mountains as they taper off towards Indio. The living room's ceiling is raised to 12 feet allowing for recessed lighting to wrap around the room. The south facing deck off the living room is shared with the master bedroom suite. The family room shares a side courtyard with the 2nd bedroom suite and can easily be converted into another bedroom. South facing windows have been set in from the exterior walls, shading them from the hot desert sun.
