This is an 820 square foot addition to an existing 1927 classic Spanish home. Parts of the existing floor plan were rearranged for better flow and to accommodate the addition of a new family room along with a third and master bedroom suites. A private deck was added to the master bedroom suite in the back as well. The character of the existing house was preserved and the addition was done in such a way to make it look like as if the house was originally built that way. |
